Please Pray

By now, many of you know of the tragic turn of events that has taken place in our family. We have many beloved members of our family who are facing very grave medical challenges and I believe that it is the family thing to do to seriously and fervently pray for them in their hours of need.

Steve Johnson, Jeff Johnson, Mary Sara Ronan and Deanna Cowley are all dealing with very difficult problems and our prayers for their comfort and return to good health are not just a good thing to do, but extremely necessary.

Please add these wonderful people to your prayers and ask other members of our family who don’t frequent this blog to join us as we pray for them. Remember them to your family in Christ at church.

I believe that any prayer, said at any time, in whatever way you can pray is of value. You don’t have to be flowery or even articulate. If you just say “Please, God, help my family”, it is of value. Whatever you can do and however you do it, it’s necessary that you do it now.

I have recently learned of a wonderful man – Blessed Andre Bessette – who is very near sainthood. He was a Holy Cross brother from Montreal, Canada who is credited with miracles and cures for people suffering from cancer and other live threatening problems. I have spent time in prayer asking him to intercede for me to St. Joseph, the Blessed Mother and Christ to help our loved ones recover. I would welcome your help.
