Oh.....the corned beef has to be cooked first!!!! Or, you can use deli. I used left over corned beef from Sunday nights dinner.

REUBEN CASSEROLE
26-32 oz. jar sauerkraut, drained
1 c. sour cream
1 sm. onion, chopped
16 oz. corned beef
12 - 16 oz. shredded Swiss cheese (I just used the singles)
10 slices dark rye bread, cubed
2 sticks margsrine, melted.
Mix sauerfraut with sour cream, stir in onion. Spread in bottom of an 11" x 13" pan. Cover with corned beef, then Swiss cheese, and top with bread. Pour margarine evenly over bread cubes. Bake, covered at 350 for 1/2 hour; uncover and bake an additional 1/2 hour.

Family Reunion needs all responses ASAP

I have sent out a mass e-mail regarding the family reunion. Please get all your family members to reply, including first and second cousins. It's starting to get a little frustrating because I feel when you ask grown adult for something they should be responsible enough to do as they are ask. That's how I was taught and I am now an adult.

I really love your work on the Stetzner Blog, Michele. It is fun to see how you post the birthdays each month. Is there a way you can count the visitors to the blog who view the blog but don't create a post? That would be kind of fun to see. Why don't you send out a note AGAIN that would help guide some of our family on how they can get into the blog. I think they are afriad to try. If I have done it, it's got to be easy. Come on guys....just try.....get into the family circle of friends! You just click on a few things and boom.....you're there.
